What happens when art and the sea collide on the sands of Goa? Chances are somewhere nearby you’ll find artist Subodh Kerkar creating waves and a visual treat for beach-goers and city-dwellers alike.

Days 3, 4 and 5 of the trip didn't leave much time for writing, but I'm not ready to let go of the feeling yet. Writing about it and seeing the photos almost makes me feel as if I'm still there, not back to the same-old, same-old of daily life.

I’m not one to keep travel diaries or even a notebook of things I do or that happen while I’m traveling or on vacation. Funny, I did keep a diary for the rest of my life since I was 8, even if only to write “Nothing happened today,” which was a common entry during the 7th, 8th and 9th grades.
